VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WHO CAN DO BOTH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA

We’re looking for someone who has knowledge of how to use Instagram and Facebook and will be able to work in customer service and client scheduling, social media marketing, other secretarial work, and handling employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in social media marketing particularly Instagram, and Facebook is a plus but we are open to fresh graduates as long as you have basic knowledge with these apps.
- Must be able to work FULL TIME from 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time
- Willing to work on weekends if needed
- Willing to share additional knowledge about marketing to the team
- Can answer clients politely and professionally
- Good critical thinking skills to schedule clients
- Creative in making captions and planning the Instagram feed
- Must answer the DISC and English test
