JOB OVERVIEW

The position will be to review Commercial & Residential Construction Plumbing Drawings & Specifications for a plumbing construction company which is located in Long Island, New York. After review of the Drawings & Specifications you will be required to input scope and quantity data into an Excel Sheet for Management to review.

This is a 40 hour workweek job position
You MUST work between the hours of 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time

The Applicant must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience.

The job will pay $800 per month / 38,425 PHP per month
Salary can be increased after a few months of employment if employee is able to effectively produce the required work output

- If you are selected for this position, you will receive 2 weeks paid training
- A US phone number will be assigned to you for you to work with so you can make necessary calls to the United States

The candidate must have their own functioning computer that works quickly and with a reliable internet connection.
All computer software will be provided by Employer

The candidate must be able to:
- Speak, read and write excellent English
- Must have experience in the Construction Industry
- Must be able to read Construction Drawings & Specifications
- Have experience as a Cost Estimator / Cost Surveyor
- Be an expert in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Have experience working with US/UK/AUS customers
- Be able to follow detailed instructions
- Be able to clearly communicate with difficult people
- Follow up with tasks until they are 100% complete
- Make themselves available to Management during the hours of 8am to 5pm EST
