We are looking for a Social Media Manager with experience to create change, sustain what we do well, and broaden our scope using social media, digital media, and also traditional marketing tactics. This position will require you to wear multiple hats and be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities (Big Picture):
• Design, develop, and implement overall marketing strategy
• Manage multi-channel campaigns including digital,
• Coordinate with internal team to align sales and marketing goals, budgets, and activities
• Develop measurable marketing objectives and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs)
Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing preferably with B2B sales and brand
• Be able to legally work in the U.S.
• Able to travel occasionally (trade shows) and work overtime when required.
Required Skills:
• Problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of B2B promotion techniques, distribution channels, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO
• Experience running Ads and campaigns in LinkedIn,
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
• Excellent organization and project management skills (calendars, deadlines, budgets)
