first line writer for cold email campaign

i have a list of prospects that i will be using for a cold email campaign.
i need someone to research the prospects and write highly personalized and compelling first lines that will get the recipients attention.

A few tips to writing Killer First Lines:
The goal is to thoroughly research the prospect using Linkedin, their company site, google their name for relevant articles or quotes, etc. and then make a compliment about them as the first thing they read when they open the email
You can also reference case studies from there site if needed, they’re something great to compliment them on
Don’t make comments about shallow things that are easy to uncover and don’t really mean anything like how long someone has been in an industry, where they went to school, their certifications, etc.

These are examples of shallow first lines that will be ignored;
“I must say that your google certifications jumped at me, I am sure with so much knowledge & experience you would do wonders at X agency & I can see that in your recommendations section.”
“I have to admit that there are very few people who are super talented and innovative like you, your professional career of more than 30 years is crystal clear example of that”
Hey Laura, by looking at your work experience, I can say that your company has the best VP marketing, and your client reviews explain all of it”

These are examples of unique, customized, and complimentary first lines that will get a response;
“I was just reading your recent Authority Magazine interview and got a chuckle out of how you named your company...way cooler than how I named mine!”
“I was just checking out your website and love the pics! I especially love the TB12 pics, and the black and white one of the zebras….as a heads up, the “Instagram feed” page isn’t working”…
“I was just reading the Linkedin reco that Sandy Cummings left for you; really cool that she hired you 15 mins after you left your interview!”
“I was looking through your Linkedin profile and noticed that you volunteered at PCCS; I love PTown, and I actually met my wife there (at The Gov, of all places)….
