Looking for experienced graphic designers. We will teach you Facebook Media Buying - existing experience a plus!

Job Description - Graphic Design

- Produce high-quality video content, motion graphics and still images.
- Editing, including but not limited to, cutting and assembling raw footage, motion graphics, color correction, and audio adjustments
- Support and collaborate with internal team to ideate innovative campaign themes and concepts for agency clients
- Work closely with internal team to brainstorm and script social media ads, drawing on client needs and input where possible
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Close the loop on assignments and notify team members when action items are complete
- Be agile and willing to revise and improve content on an ongoing basis
- Communicate effectively and efficiently between stakeholders in a larger creative process
- Engage in creative problem solving
- Include the phrase yellow cat in the first sentence of your application

Job Description - Facebook Media Buying

- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusions
- Implement optimizations to hit client key performance indicators in the quickest time possible
- Improve upon paid social media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques
- Manage and execute on campaigns across multiple verticals (e-commerce, B2B, B2C lead gen)
- Strategy and execution of paid social media campaigns for a mix of clients
- Communicate effectively with the internal team, staying accountable, highlighting wins and losses.
- Ability to analyze the data and problem-solving your way toward revenue generating campaigns.
- Desire to work with and learn from smart, energetic, elite paid social media campaign managers and learn from a team of very intelligent digital marketers.
- Excellent writing and creative content skills.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.
- Innovative thinker and collaborative team player.
