Google Ads Expert

- Aloha,

- My small team is looking to add someone to manage the Google Ads for our clients.

- It will be your responsibility to completely manage our existing accounts and to build out new accounts as we take on new clients.

- You should have no less than 4 years professional experience managing Google Ads accounts and be familiar with everything Google Ads has to offer.

- You should be proficient using Google Ads editor.

- You should be able to identify key KPI's and analyze account performance in order to make recommendations and changes to account structure, bidding, etc.

- You should feel comfortable starting a new account from scratch, developing your campaign strategies and organization, as well as doing keyword, industry and competitor research.

- You should feel comfortable writing new account SOPs / checklists to follow when creating new accounts

- You should be ready to create account optimization checklists for weekly, monthly and quarterly improvements.

- You should be ready to learn how to create / create industry research reports to help us gain new clients by showing them the opportunity available on Google ads for their industry.

- You should be comfortable building reports that show what is working and what areas need improvement. Reports will be used both for internal use as well as for client facing usage.

- You should be excited to learn more about google ads, and help the business grow by improving your skills.

- You should feel completely confident managing and improving accounts with little to no oversight.

- You will also be required to spend time each week/month learning more and improving your Google Ads skills through various courses and podcasts/youtube videos which will be provided for you.

- You will be asked to learn how to create

- This job will start as part time and move into full time if we are a good fit.

- I am looking for someone who wants to develop their skills and work exclusively with media and ad buying for their career.

- Familiarity with Bing ads is a plus.
