Lead Qualifier Agent / Representative

We are a Real Estate investment company looking for our next self-confidence, self-motivated, and team worker Lead Qualifier Agent to come on board our Call Center team.

– Job: Qualifier Lead Agent / Representative

– Ideal Candidate: The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience cold calling, sales, and customer support or service that have the confidence to talk and qualify leads over the phone. We don’t require previous Real Estate experience since candidates will receive training and support around the subject before starting calling the leads provided. Also, the candidate must speak fluent English to be able to handle and understand the call process.

– Job tasks & duties:
* Cold call leads provided by the manager
* Using a script, qualify and Identify leads motivated to sell real estate properties
* Submit qualified leads data into our CRM

– Candidate requirements:
* 2+ years of experience cold calling/customer support
* Confidence talking on the phone
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales
* Speak & write fluent English
* Availability to work between 8:30 AM to 7 PM CST
*Real Estate experience NOT REQUIRED

– Job Details:
* Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 7 PM CST & Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM CST
* Pay Rates per Hour: $3-$6/Hour depending on experience and candidate needs
* Bonus provided for reaching weekly goals
