VA for blogging and instagram content

My husband and I are working on a money saving blog. We need help creating, writing, and putting together the blog content, along with sharing it on social media. We want someone who can do the writing or pull the content from online and put it together. We also need help with writing and sending out emails via a program we use called flodesk (similar to mailchimp).
