Are you an expert website builder?

Looking for someone who can build a website on which users can find shows or celebrity appearances by searching their area (or any area they want to search) or browsing by specific person. There should also be a calendar paired with the search. Visitors should be able to create an account and save events they are interested in. I would need to be able to upload pictures of flyers, posters, etc. under each celebrity.
