VA - Cold Callers/Telemarketing

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for potential customers to buy/sell properties.

Responsibilities
• Make outgoing calls or Cold calls in order to buy properties, sell properties, and solicit donations.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, process requests, and create Hot Leads
• Record properly the property features, prices etc. and present our easy terms
• Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
• Assisting clients with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs(Emailing) and telephone systems(Texting)
