- You can bring 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the digital marketing space/agency life.
- You have Advanced Excel, Asana, Gsuite, l ---------- , analysis skills.
- Ideally have some understanding of Lean / Six Sigma / Agile best practices and methodologies as well as operational frameworks + excellence.


Timezone: PH 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, however, may be required at times to attend earlier or later meetings to assist gloabl timezones where neccesary.


YOUR DUTIES:

- Assist Head of Operations build out the Operations Department alongside other key personel on the team.
- Creation, testing + maintenance of Client & Internal SOPs, System Maps, Operational Reports + other Operational Initiatives
- Aiding Head of Ops with development of internal training workshops, webinars, growth clubs + presentations
- Produce and manage specific Operational monthly reports in a timely manner
- Weekly updates on team activity to Head of Ops.
- Carry out Department Appraisals including identifying any training + resource needs
- Work with Team Leads, Heads Of Department, Finance + Human Resources to ensure overall team KPIs are met
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Advise senior staff about emerging issues that present through client/team member interaction to ensure these are dealt with effectively
- Work collaboratively with all pods and contribute to other activities as required to support priorities and initiatives.
- General admin + executive support to Head of Operations.
- Coordinate cross departmental initiatives with Head of Operations + other team leads
