We have clients that need Woocommerce sites built. Every site will be the same, just different settings. For example:

We will always need 6 products. We will drop ship through alibaba, there's a plug-in. We just need you to install a unique theme, configure the products abd a few other pages.

We will be building many a week and need multiple workers.

You should be comfortable using multisites in WordPress too.
