Merch / Shirt /Logo Designer

Hey,

I am looking for a talented merch / logo (mainly shirts) designer. Someone with experience in that field would be a plus, but if you don't have any experience in that field, don't hesitate to apply as long as you are motivated, committed and have a willingness to learn (together with the team).

What I am looking for / Requirements / Expectations:

- skilled / talented in design (merch, shirts, logo)
- drawing skills to create designs from the scratch
- creativity, sense of humor and willingness to self-research and figuring things out by your own
- in possession of your own design program (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, whatever you are using)
- sufficient in English communication
- capabilities of submitting between 15-25 designs per week
- talented students are welcome to apply too


What you can expect from me:

- source of vectors and fonts will be provided
- flexible time management of your work, the results (designs) matter to me
- salary up to 175$/month (part-time, negotiable)
- upgrade from part-time to full-time after 3 months possible


I want to mention once more that I'm interested in a long-term employee. An upgrade from part-time to full-time is possible after 3 months (maybe even sooner, depending on you).
