Hello, we are a U.S. based Real Estate Investor and we are looking for someone to fill a Prospector position on our marketing team. The desired candidate will be expected to perform the following:
Seller Prospecting- Cold Calling, SMS and other related administrative tasks to find motivated sellers in designated real estate
Specific responsibilities include:
- Cold call and SMS prospective sellers and set appointments
- Meeting weekly quotas and goals
- Track and report activity/numbers/performance on weekly basis
- Attending all scheduled weekly team meetings and trainings
The right candidate will possess:
- 2 or more years of experience with cold calling, using a Dialer such as CallTools or Mojo
-Excellent skills working with Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Word, MS Excel, etc), and
-Strong communication skills
- Starts and ends shift on time.
- Responds to hiring manager within timely manner
- Open minded with a competitive “winning” spirit
- The desire to be accountable
- A caring and empathetic personality, a good sense of humor, and a propensity to smile.
- High Speed internet with additional backup internet in case of outage
-Dependable and well functioning computer
- Headset with microphone
- Quiet, noise free environment
- WhatsApp app for communication
This position offers hourly pay of $6/hr plus bonuses.
Job Type: Full Time, 40 Hours/week
Experience: Minimum 2 years Cold Calling/Lead Generation experience preferred
Location: This is a remote position for a NC, USA based company
Language: Fluent English (Required)
Additional Compensation: Bonuses given for each deal closed.
