Web developer for WP & WooCommerce (AVADA theme) with CSS and PHP knowleage

I am looking for a part-time or freelance person. Work for a web developer who works mainly on WordPress and WooCommerce, but must also have knowledge of CSS, HTML, and PHP. He/she will be working with WP theme AVADA - and must know it very well. You should also be able to work well with EXCEL and Photoshop. The work is not complicated. Perfect English is not required. However, fast communication is almost always needed.
