We're looking for someone with experience doing cold calls in the real estate industry, ideally for investors, wholesalers, or others in the business of buying residential property.
This individual would be responsible for making calls daily to property owners to find out if they'd be willing to sell their property and at what price. While there will be a script to use, the ideal caller would also have the ability to handle objections and guide the conversation with the owner. The goal of each call would be to determine if the owner qualifies and if so, forward them to our acquisitions team for follow-up.
Daily Responsibilities
> Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline.
> Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
> Primary duties include outbound calling, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales
-> Have experience in the real estate industry as a cold caller (ideally 2 years or more)
-> Must be adaptable to different changing requirements
-> Must be customer-focused, courteous, and professional when dealing with internal and external customers or client
-> Willingness to reach out to customer leads through cold calling, appointment setting and meeting attendance
-> Strong time management and organizational skills
