VA Needed For Growing eCommerce Company (Shopify)

Hello there! We are a growing eCommerce company with multiple stores looking for an enthusiastic and professional VA to handle various tasks. You must have prior experience working with Dropshipping eCommerce stores using Shopify.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience working with eCommerce stores (Dropshipping or Private Label)
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Customer Service via e-mail
- Must be Fluent in English, (Mandarin/Chinese preferred as well)
- Must have stable Wi-Fi
- Must be able to respond to customer emails within 12 hours
- Must be university or college-educated

Your Tasks as VA will be:
- Manage Customer Interaction via e-mail
- List Products and Product Images to store manually or via Oberlo
- Source Products via Aliexpress and other product sourcing websites
- Product Research using Aliexpress and more
- Issuing refunds (if needed)

4. Other than email communication, you will be required to list and create new products for us through shopify. Do you know how to use Shopify and how long have you been using it? Pay will start at $5.00/hr and will continue to grow as you provide great support. The position can potentially grow into a salaried position.

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months and this position will allow for opportunities in management in the future. Currently, you must be able to work at least 15-20hrs/week (including weekends) and that number will be growing in the next few months to come.
