Digital Content Curator

The digital content curator is responsible for combing through internal and external media relevant to specific topics and individuals in order to identify and extract valuable clips for social media and youtube posts.

Responsibilities include:
Attentively watching longer videos and adding timestamps for engaging shorter clips
Working closely with the content team for approvals and feedback
Maintaining organized google sheets for easy access to content
Downloading videos and cutting out relevant clips
Maintaining a consistent posting schedule according to guidelines provided
Communicating clearly and with full transparency on progress with team leads

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with social media and/or youtube account management
Fluency in the English language
Self-motivated with a drive to deliver with excellence
Strong sense of accountability towards stakeholders (clients etc.)
Very basic video editing skills (able to download videos and extract smaller clips)

Great to have:
Familiarity with Islam and the online Muslim education space.
Passion for the content.
