1. Sourcing Potentials leads contacts that are suitable for the business.
2. Cold calling the leads and fixing the appointment.
3. Forwarding the fixed appointments details to sales to further close the deal.
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
5. Use scripts to provide information about product’s features etc.
6. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
