Sales Representative - USA & Canada

We are looking for high energy, motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representatives with a go-getter attitude to sell our graphics design packages to small and medium clients in different industries in North America. This is an independent role where you work from anywhere, but are a committed sales warrior. The candidate should be able to have conversations with clients in a convincing manner and sell them our graphic design packages, to support their marketing, business and collateral needs.

EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have proven experience selling services to North American businesses, with the ability to generate qualified leads, connect and engage with decision makers to successfully achieve their sales targets. The candidate would need to have good English communication skills including reading, writing and speaking, and a good sense of the North American business culture & lifestyle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Cold call and email customers in North America about our services and promotions
- Engage with decision makers at clients, to successfully sell our design service packages
- Research customer databases & generate leads online, to build a qualified sales funnel
- Maximize lifespan & customer revenue by selling value added graphic design packages
- Support the clients and business operations as required through other required activities
- Conduct Client surveys and generate client references, ratings, as required
- Report sales and key activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the manager

Ideal candidate must have:
- At least 3 years full-time inside sales experience working with a BPO / outbound call centre selling service packages to North American clients
- Demonstrate a successful track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiar with industry standard CRM software to track and manage sales activities
- Good english communication skills (written and spoken) with a convincing approach
- Can simultaneously manage multiple client conversations, timelines and priorities
- Experience in selling subscription services to North American clients is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work hours to suit North American office workday timings
- Have a suitable desktop or laptop computer
- A reliable and fast internet connection
