Real Estate Inside sales

Looking for someone to make calls for a real estate company. This job requires calling leads, staying in touch with leads through calls and email as well as cold calling leads. I need a person who can speak english well, write emails well and set up appointments with prospective clients. Need someone who has a strong sales background.
