Facebook Ads Specialist

I am looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist with guaranteed and consistent hours on a permanent basis. I’m looking for someone to work 6 hours a day with 2 hours during local business hours, Monday through Friday, US Mountain Time (MST) - example would be working from 6am to 12pm PHT which would be 3pm to 9pm MST. Guaranteed hours means you can bill me for the time we’ve agreed upon every day, even if we don’t have any work for you (although I will likely always have work for you). The exact time block during MST hours and the length of the guaranteed time block is negotiable.
There will be the opportunity to further increase the hours to full time or near full time in the future if desired.
I am looking for someone I can work with permanently.

I run a successful business and am researching and starting others. You will learn a great deal about entrepreneurship, running a business, online marketing, sales and more. Our business model is one where the client pays us when a new Facebook lead shows up for their appointment. Because of this model, we are paying a bonus of $24 for every lead you generate that show up & we use specialized software and systems to significantly increase those numbers. So with 5 client campaigns generating just 1 good lead/week, you'll be paid a $120 bonus each week and I'm sure we can do better than that.

Duties will include:
• Regular discussions with myself over Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Manage and check Key Performance Indicators (provided to you).
• Each campaign should be “touched” twice a day, Minimum.
• Each morning and Each evening.
• Ad Optimization and Lead Generation Diagnosis plus treatment.
• Campaign Creation.
• Ad Copy Editing/Testing/Tracking
• Ad image creation/testing/tracking
• Ad video creation/testing/tracking
• Ad Testing and Tracking.

I provide very specific video instructions of all tasks.
