Online home-based ESL teacher

Job:
To provide trainings to Japanese learners using our own method and teaching material.
Prepare and study the teaching materials before the lesson starts
Provide corrective feedback during the lesson
Create a lesson memo at the end of each lesson


Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree /A Graduate of any 4-year course (Undergraduates with experience in ESL teaching are welcome to apply!)
Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
Has obtained English teaching certifications such as LET / TEYL / TESOL / TEFL (not a requirement but an advantage)
Experience teaching Japanese/ IELTS/ Writing/ TOEFL/ TOEIC (not a requirement but an advantage)
Must have passion, energy, and enthusiasm in teaching
Availability to teach at least 21 hours per weekly cutoff (each class lasts 25 minutes) during the following peak times:
* 7 PM - 11 PM (Mon-Fri) (Philippine time)/ 8PM-12AM (Mon-Fri) (Japan time)
* 9 AM - 11 PM (Sat-Sun) (Philippine time)/ 10AM - 12PM (Sat-Sun) (Japan time)
or
*5 AM - 6 AM (Philippine Time)/ 6AM-7AM (Japan Time)


Technical Requirements:
CPU / Processor
Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required RAM
At least 2GB of RAM(4 GB is recommended) with 60GB free hard disk space available
A headset with a noise-cancelling feature & a high-definition webcam
Internet Connection at least 3 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
