Hi there I’m hiring an assistant type role right now although I hate that job description.

ABOUT ME PAUL BALDRY:
* I am a UK letting and sale agent of property
* I make software and online course about property
* I have been starting companies for over 20 years
* I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
* I am very loyal to my employees and treat them with respect
* I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
* I own a UK/ British company located in the county of Northumberland (North of Newcastle-upon-Tyne)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
* Write articles for me and post them on our sites
* Handle social media postings
* Handle customer service emails
* Create sales emails and send them to prospects
* Produce Powerpoint presentations
* Edit videos sent to you (learning to do this is fine)
* Do online research
* Work 8 hours per pay - 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
* Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
* We pay bonuses for great work
* We pay 13th month bonus
* We give pay increases based on performance
* Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 days per year)
* These are paid holidays: New Year’s day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve (7 days)
