Team Lead/Dialer Manager

InsuraDial LLC is hiring for team leads and dialer managers for immediate hire! Base hourly pay for $4/hr + Bonuses. Part and full time positions available. Training will be provided. We service agents all throughout the US so you would need to be available between 8am-8pm generally in PST, MST, CST and/or EST.

MUST HAVE
* WiFi connection of at least 25 mbps with a backup plan for any wifi interruptions
*Noise cancelling headset and software installed
*A reliable laptop or computer with backup in case of power outages
*Excellent English and ability to give/take critical criticism to help everyone improve
*Quick learner and always willing to go the extra mile
*Can-do-it attitude, Using your resources to find the solution first before asking
*Experience leading a team
