What we are looking for: (At least 5 years’ experience in the field working)
Wordpress Knowledge: (Required)
Expert knowledge in genesis framework.
Expert knowledge in bootstrap 3.
Expert knowledge in Advanced custom fields plugin with (repeater, options, gallery addons).
Expert knowledge in custom theme development and plugin development. (you must know how to create themes using genesis and general wordpress plugins)
Expert knowledge in woocommerce – manipulation and customization of woocommerce.
corePHP needs: (Solid knowledge)
User interface development
Admin panel development
Login / Registration
Multi user account levels/restrictions
Solid database knowledge and structure and development using mysql and postgresql.
Design: (Required)
Create new designs with little or no direction.
Create mockups to give to clients.
Create wireframes off of a basic overview putting together the flow of a website based on general needs provided.

Programming knowledge: (Some of this is required, some is a plus)
php developer, html, css, ajax, jquery/javascript, laravel, theme development wordpress, plugin development wordpress, bootstrap, laravel 5, postgresql, mysql, drupal, magento, joomla, aws (amazon web services), linux server knowledge, java (a plus), asp knowledge a plus (not required), (app development) ios, and android, payment gateway integration (all payment gateways), aggregative payment gateway integration (paypal, wepay, braintree, stripe, etc), cross platform, browser support, firefox, chrome, ie, android, mac, safari browserstack.
SEO knowledge (Basic Knowledge)
Keyword research, google webmaster tools, google analytics setup.
Title, description, alt, usage of h1-h4 tags, category setup, clean url structure.
Basic knowledge of how google finds a person’s site.
General Knowledge: (Required)
Server knowledge – Cpanel, AWS (Amazon web services), rackspace
Usage of rsync to transfer and synchronize files.
Transferring wordpress sites and any other sites that we develop manually or by using plugins.
Internet speed of at least 5mbps download speed and 5mbps upload.
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm or more.
Attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions carefully.
Mobile Responsive – sites that work on all devices (main browsers (firefox, safari, chrome, ie), android and apple devices.
Quote projects large and small.

Wordpress template using Genesis framework: (What the template should include),

Provide a template that you have developed that you are most proud of using the bootstrap framework.

Provide a link to a site that you have developed in corePHP. Explain what the project was and how you have made the client happy.

Provide links to current sites that you have developed that include features that are listed above. With each link please explain what you have accomplished with this job.
5. Designs:
Provide designs in psd format for a job that you have done.

6. Typing test:

7. Speed Test:
