Full stack rails developer

I'm a rails developer with 10 years experience who runs a small product studio where we work on one internal SAAS product and 2 client projects. We are a tight knit team of full stack devs who enjoy building beautiful software together. One of our clients needs us to increase our capacity, so we are looking to add one more person to our team. The ideal candidate:

Has extensive experience with our chosen stack: Rails, Tailwind, Algolia and Alpine.js, hosted on Heroku.
Is strong technically - has previously worked in a team environment where writing high quality, maintainable code was a focus.
Is a creative problem solver and has experience solving real-world problems for technical and non-technical clients, along with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Has a decent grasp of basic UX principles - a lot of our work is surfaced through a designer we work with, but smaller improvements and tweaks won't, so the chosen candidate should be able to add minor amendments in way that makes sense for the end-user and is consistent with the existing designs.
