Digital Marketing Manager

VA Job Responsibilities:

New consciousness and wellness brand looking for Part Time VA with experience in digital marketing, content creation, scheduling and posting. Must be able to draft blogs with SEO In English. Role responsible for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Teachable management. This position has room to grow into Full Time with added ---------- cludes ad management. We are a team that is small and growing - must be OK with an environment that changes often and is fast paced. Looking for someone FAST, SMART and MOTIVATED. Pays well!


Heavy Responsibilities in:

Website Management:
• Draft blogs about meditation, consciousness and wellness
• Post blogs and optimize for SEO
• Coordinate posts with Pinterest (see social media management)
• Optimize website for SEO

Social Media Management: Instagram, Pinterest, & Facebook
- Experience with Canva, Tailwind + Planoly is a plus
• Manage Instagram posting and hashtags; including updating videos for social media with text/words**
• Manage Social Media Strategy and SEO: with daily posts
• Create Canva Pinterest Layouts (30-50)**
• Post on Pinterest layouts per blog**
• Post on Tailwind layouts per blog**
• Manage Tailwind Tribes and add posts to Tailwind**
• Act as FB Group Engagement Manager**

Teachable Admin Support
• Format content in teachable*
• Proof read*
• Arrange in membership*
• Manage Teachable account

Light responsibilities in:

Ad Campaign Management
• Manage Ad Campaigns in FB, Pinterest +
• Create, format and draft leadpages and lead pages for campaigns
• Set up drip campaigns for email
• Draft drift campaign emails
• Assist with Ad hoc campaign management

Podcast Management:
- Editing and posting through Anchor
