Can You Make Changes to WordPress Websites?

I'm looking for someone who can make small changes to WordPress websites as needed. The websites are often created on the Headway framework but not always. The themes vary.

Examples of Tasks:
- Replace banner image
- Replace images
- Format new text
- Create a new page
- Add plugins and configure
- Change color of submenu
- Style testimonials on a page

I'm a web designer/developer with ongoing maintenance clients. I'm looking for a WordPress expert who can help with new projects, as well as maintenance requests like those listed above. I receive maintenance requests fairly regularly but not quite consistently.

I would also like for this person to be able to format and schedule new blog posts, create graphics for blog posts, and similar tasks as the position evolves to include more hours.
