Real Estate Leads Manager

We’re hiring a motivated Real Estate Leads Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities include duties such as tracking all the new leads everyday, making outbound calls following up to all the new leads as soon as they come in and analyzing the new leads properties to find out how much you will offer them to for us to buy it in cash.

You will also be responsible for booking appointments for property walkthroughs, determine how much the property is worth, negotiate with sellers to determine purchase price, put in cash offers on properties and get properties under contract. You’ll also support the team by taking and making all other necessary calls to contact the sellers. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented who can build rapport with sellers.

This is a full time position with wages starting at $3.50/hr. Additional incentives include $25 per signed contract and $50 per closing.
