Amazon Advertising Expert Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Amazon advertising expert who I can discuss Amazon advertising strategies with, train our systems to, and generally rely on to interpret, strategize, and carry out tasks needed by our clients. Willing to pay higher for more qualified candidates as well as incentivize with some extra wages for every client they manage. You'll also have a team of workers under you to help you carry out the tasks.

Looking for someone very detailed oriented, great at English, and very quantitatively strong.
