JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Monday through Friday Philippine daytime schedule, exact working hours to be ---------- itially, you will need to work Monday through Friday 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine time for training but will transition to the Philippine daytime schedule once you are trained and once you help hire and train a customer service representative to cover that shift.

Position Details: Successful and established United States based e-commerce company looking to add an experienced and hands-on Customer Service Supervisor / Manager for our established and successful business. Must have e-commerce customer service experience.

The customer service department’s main responsibilities include working one-on-one with our customers via email, online chats, various social media, and phone calls to assist them with their order and product questions or ---------- your supervisory role, you will be responsible for:
• Learning our processes and methods and ultimately improving them.
• Supervising and training and coaching customer service associate(s).
• Assist with the hiring process for your team.
• Hands-on customer service.
• Data analysis.

Required
• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal - accent neutral.
• 1 year supervisory and/or management experience.
• Ecommerce Customer Service experience.
• Possess good people skills that allow you to proactively help customers and mentor your team.
• Computer skills.
• Type minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Reliable internet.
• Good references and at least 2 years of uninterrupted work history. Proof of stability of employment.
• Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time and prioritize ---------- sired:
• 1 + years of Amazon customer service experience.
