Product Researcher / Junior Brand Manager Virtual Assistant

OVERVIEW

Research information utilizing different tools including Helium10, Jungle Scout, Zonguru, Google Chrome Browser and Extensions
Knowledge of Amazon Back End and Terms of Service
Ability to multi-task with detail and accuracy
Collaborate with other team members in meeting goals
Helping with some of the companies’ outreach projects
Comfortable communicating through text and video conferencing
Must have a great personality and comfortable speaking to customers
Read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language essential
Must be a quick learner, pleasant, and have strong dedication and commitment level to helping our company grow
Able to manage your own time
Strong work ethic and quick to learn
A fully functional workstation & quiet working space and reliable internet connection
Performs other duties as assigned
Experience with MS Office including Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Spanish language would be highly desirable
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Conduct research on the Amazon system using specialist tools and processes to:

Search for profitable inventory for Amazon
Generate contact lists
Analyze Amazon listings for deficiencies
Conduct initial contact with prospective Brands
Accurately record the details of research conducted
Communicate on a regular basis with Team Lead/Manager

Follow company procedures and policies at all times

Focus at all times on customer service and act with integrity and ethically

Any other duties as directed by Team Lead/Manager
