The successful applicant would need to be able to do the following: data scraping and preparation of mailshots, Must have the ability to work on their own initiative and be able to communicate well in both written and spoken English. Im a property developer based in Norwich so having some knowledge/interest of the UK property market and being able to navigate local council planning portals would be an advantage although full training would be given. Knowledge of land sourcing software packages such as Nimbus Maps would be great to however once again training could be given. The successful applicant must be cheerful and have a can-do type attitude as I hope this could readily become a longterm relationship.
