StellarTwo is the mother company of an innovative e-commerce startup, challenging the conventions of online shopping. With the foundation of our business firmly established, we are looking for experienced Influencer Coordinators to oversee all aspects of our relationships with social media influencers.

StellarTwo is currently seeking an Influencer Relationship Coordinator. Do you have a pulse on consumer engagement and the things brands are doing that are resonating with their audiences? As a team, you will be responsible for nurturing existing influencer connections and acquiring new ones, according to company budgets and guidelines & SOPs. This is a hands-on role, requiring good negotiation as well as communication skills, in addition to the ability to coordinate the output of several influencers at once. We believe that the best business relationships are more than just a contract, and we want our Influencer Coordinators to be able to reflect this.

This exciting opportunity will demand forward thinking, great people skills, and a thorough understanding of which influencers would be a perfect fit for us. The successful candidate will join a thriving e-commerce disruptor, where your input will make a real change to the direction and success of the business.

There are three vacancies for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Buying Team for influencer nomination.
• Collaboration with the internal Studio Team to ensure archetypes match model archetypes.
• Manage and plan the timing of all product-based activations.
• Ensure products are received (i.e. shipping and tracking).
• Ensure influencers are clear on when/how to wear and capture assets (asset capture guidelines).
• Collaborate with the Creative/Brand/Trading team to ensure proper syndication of assets (where permission has been agreed).
• Support the team with all tasks across all activity, including everything from identifying opportunities, creating campaign documents, to organising travel and accommodation.
• Ensure the database is kept up-to-date and includes all relevant information.
• Proactively identify influencers the brand should collaborate with.
• Assist creating campaign reports detailing the success of activity.
• Assist with the maintenance and development of key documents i.e. briefing documents, engagement material, etc.
• Assist with the organisation of regular events.
• Administrative support for the team i.e. expenses, booking travel, accommodation, etc.
• Research on industry, technology, social and fashion trends.
• Creating presentations, meeting recaps, status reports and user guides.
• Updating CRM and data repositories.
• Collaboration with the Legal Team for redlining and revisions to contracts
• Signing contracts on behalf of the company with influencers
• Analyzing and measuring post-campaign launch analytics such as total views, feedback and video engagement

• Identify influencer/creator partners based on engagement/campaign goals
• Execute influencer onboarding including facilitation of influencer agreements
• Work with Influencer Marketing Manager to ideate and provide concepts
• Draft creative briefs for influencer activation
• Draft influencer litmus tests based on engagement/campaign goals
• Provide performance estimates for engagement/campaign
• Draft slides (or other communication) that clearly outline campaign concepts and estimates
• Manage influencer timelines
• Verify FTC compliance
• Prepare drafts of full current and post-campaign report
• Analyze performance metrics for opportunities for growth
• Create communication relevant to successful execution of campaigns
• Own client communication and questions regarding Influencer ID and reporting
• Prepare paid social content
• Verify all influencer contracts
• Create competitive analysis within influencer marketing for clients
• Articulate how work aligns to client business and marketing goals
• Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends and campaigns outside of StellarTwo
• Live into the values of StellarTwo

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
• Excellent understanding of marketing, bloggers, and social media.
• Innate understanding of project and task management and how to “own” every assignment given.
• Self-starter who is eager to learn, committed to proposing solutions at every turn, and to get the job done.
• Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the experience.
• Strong communication skills in person, in writing, and on the telephone.
• Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment.
• Confident in data management with the highest attention to detail, measuring value metrics such as CPM & CPV
