Overview:
This position will assist the Client Business Lead & global stake holders to define manpower strategy for the site. Will play an important role in defining HR strategy, implementing & ensuring its effectiveness in the organization .He/She will own the HR process in the organization for the region.
Roles & Responsibilities
• The incumbent would be responsible for the effective execution of the Human Capital Strategy for the delivery site.
• Define the SLAs for the BU from HR perspectives with the help of global leadership team
• Work with the global service delivery leadership to optimize employee related gross margin for the site. Ensures & drive the site to have a performance-driven culture
• Ensures client leadership and site management is effectively executing the Organizations human capital vision and strategies to create a great place to work.
• Engage with the functional leaders globally and directly responsible for supporting and delivering the human capital strategies for the region.
• Support managers/leaders and will be the stakeholder for critical talent decision of the organization at the site
• Workforce planning and Wage bill planning for the site
• Be a strategic partner to senior leaders at the site and facilitate the smooth operation at every level of the organization
• Participate in defining organizational structure and its effectiveness;
• Design & implement Employee engagement & Rewards programs for the site
• Define & facilitate the succession planning, leadership development & diversity hiring for the site
• Work with the business leaders and understand the business paradigms
Stake holders to be managed –
All the functional heads at the site & global heads of the organization.
Essential Skills Required and Education:
• 8-12yrs years of experience in Human Resource Management & strategic HR ,HR operation with MBA will be preferred
• Experience in Life Science Industry preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (native language of Philippines is must)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Results-driven (meets deadlines in a timely manner)
• Analytical mindset
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Good technology skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills)
