Junior SEO Specialist

Job Brief:
RxMedia is looking to add a Junior SEO Consultant to our team for a full-time position. We are a US-based digital marketing agency on the elective medicine space. Junior SEO Specialist Responsibilities:
- Implement On-page and Offpage Optimization
- Devise and deliver strategic SEO plans, executing SEO friendly content for both blogs and websites
- Provide SEO analysis and make technical recommendations for client websites
- Optimize website pages for search engine optimization
- Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion and optimization
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Build quality backlinks on sites with high DAs
- Work with content writer to drive SEO in content strategy and creation
- Oversee monthly campaigns
- Help Produce monthly SEO reports using given tools
- Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse mix of SEO clients.
- Keep up to date with the industry trends.
- Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above required
- Must have advanced knowledge about Search Engine Optimization
- At least 3-5 years experience in doing hands-on technical on-page and off-page optimization
- With a background in web development (a plus, but not required)
- Proficient in English (able to speak and write fluently)
- Able to analyze competitor websites, plan and execute on-page and off-page strategies
- Able to analyze competitor websites, plan and execute different off-page strategies
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- You must have SEO agency experience. If you just worked as a freelancer or in-house SEO, this may not be the right position for you.
