We are a International Corporate service firm with offices in London and the Bahamas.

we have launched the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services in Philippines from July 2020, and seeking for a Fund settlement manager who can assist the funds settlement process for our Client's services.



Responsibilities:
-Provide general office administration duties including procurement of office equipment. and supplies, office security, repair and maintenance of furniture & fixtures, vendor/contractor management, insurance renewal, annual budget & forecast.
- Arrange flight booking and hotel accommodation.
- Assist in general accounting duties including payment & cheque issue, data and journal entries, etc.
- Support administration work on the absence of teammate.
- Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling phone calls in professional manner, mailing & courier, meeting room booking, etc.
- Provide general office administration duties including procurement of office equipment and supplies, office security, repair and maintenance of furniture & fixtures, office renovation, vendor/contractor management, insurance renewal, annual budget & forecast
- Handle expense claim, daily office management tasks
- Arrange flight booking and hotel accommodation.
- Maintain proper filing system.
- Assist in general accounting duties including payment & cheque issue, data and journal entries, etc.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Provide secretarial support to senior management.
- Assist in group company administrative
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records and medical claims, etc.
- Supports human resources by sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants.
- Prepares payroll by calculating pay and maintaining payroll records and employment contracts.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Qualifications/Skills:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent.
-Fast learner
- more than Three years of administrative work experience.
- Strong Microsoft suite skill (incl word processing); good scheduling, spreadsheet (excel etc) skills, Good Organising Document skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, must be approachable and helpful.
- Could start immediately is desirable
