Position: Amazon Store Manager for a fast-growing health supplement brand
Type of Employment: Full Time & Long Term

Hours:
-40 hours/week
I-Able to work PST time zone (roughly 2 PM-11 PM PST) this is just an estimate. Happy
to discuss and accommodate the hours

Salary:
$600-$800 Depending on the Experience (negotiable)

Absolutely MUST Have:
- Working in similar positions and previous experience is a must.
- Perfect English writing
- Very good and reliable internet connection with backup
- Familiar with Microsoft and Google platform-tools
-NO OTHER jobs, commitments or employments (this will require your full
commitment)
-Full honesty and transparency

Responsibilities:
- Knows Shopify platform inside and out, manage apps, analytics and reporting, manage, edit, and create orders.
- Store optimization, keep monitoring and testing to enhance the performance and increase sales. strong knowledge in all upsell, cross-sell, cart abandonment, and other sales-boosting techniques
- Working with Klaviyo and ongoing email optimization
- Customer service, reply to emails, reviews, and measure audience metrics.
• Copywriting for listings
• Keyword research
• Managing fulfilments
• Conducting product research on manufacturers, suppliers, forwarders, and
competitors
• Contacting and coordinating with suppliers and other vendors on client’s behalf
• Organizing client files online via Google Drive, Gmail
and Trello
• Managing product refunds whenever necessary
