AI Safety Agent - Mandarin speaking

A Mandarin speaking AI agent is able to transcribe, edit, dictate, classify, input data, test, and iterate the dialogue used in training conversations for the AI in both English and Mandarin. They are able to multitask, work under pressure, work efficiently and accurately while being organized and detail oriented.

The Responsibilities Include:
Transcribe and cut clips from raw video/audio footage
Document work within various spreadsheets
Analyze visual/audio accuracy of media played through IOS/Web applications
Utilize tools to modify visual characteristics of graphics on internal platforms
Understanding and classifying different aspects of a natural conversation
Learning the structure of a conversation on the back-end (beyond what is said and heard - how we build the conversation with engineering tools)
Training data entries
Functional testing of data input
Troubleshooting issues found while testing and fixing training data
Testing AI conversational abilities in Engagement and QA testing
Reviewing conversations from users of product
Monitoring all conversations between users and AI and intervening when necessary
Completing Conversation Analysis forms for all conversations
Jumping into and adapting to other miscellaneous tasks as necessary
