Trucking Company Administrative and Customer Support Representative

We are a US-based over the road trucking company. We are seeking a full-time long term committed person to handle inbound calls, administrative duties, and customer support tasks. Some knowledge of the transportation trucking industry would be helpful but not a requirement. Must be able to multi-task. This job will have set hours and our expectation is that the VA is dedicated to this position during the requested hours of duty. Ownership has extensive experience with working with VA's.
