social media marketing and telemarketing

I am a leader within a very successful network marketing company in the UK. My business is managed traditionally in a face to face manner.
Our services are selected and processed online. I would like to pursue some new ideas and generate more business online via social media.
I recieve bonuses so i will give bonuses to my VA as I succeed.




1.A good command of English language both written and verbal.
2. Can produce a social media campaign using Facebook and twitter.
3. Be able to research facebook groups to post campaign offer.
4. In the future be able to talk to potential customers on the phone to qualify.
5. Work 10-20 hours a month, increasing in the future to 10-20 per week within 2-3 months
6. Confidence to suggest ideas
7. Patience and flexibility, this is new to me!
