Web Project Manager

About the role

This role is hands-on and diverse, so your adaptability and willingness to tackle a broad range of digital work will be essential. Strong technical skills are absolutely essential.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

* Working to scope, track and manage web & app projects from start to finish
* Ability to create detailed scoping documents
* Experience of end-to-end project delivery from initial brief to final delivery, with both the development team and our clients.
* Collaborating with creative, technical and functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage the process to ensure tasks are being prioritised and completed to given deadline.
* Manage communication with stakeholders, organisation of customer meetings and briefings
* Management of QA & testing


Skills and experience

About you:

We are looking for a technically minded individual with experience working and leading digital & web projects.

* Strong communication skills & attention to detail is a necessity
* 3+ years' relevant experience leading web or digital projects
* Strong Project Management skills & understanding of agile methodologies
* Understand API & Integration concepts
* UX expertise – wireframes, user flows, site maps, functional documentation etc - tools like Figma, Adobe XD are a nice to have
* You will have experience in working on projects that have included integration with multiple platforms
* You possess critical thinking, analytical, and creative talent to develop a concept, idea, fact or content into a strong visual presentation that maximizes communications / sales effectiveness
