Recruitment Assistant / Sourcer

We would like to start by hiring someone in a freelance role, but if after working together we feel like you are a good fit for our team (and you feel like you would like to work with us more consistently), we would then like to transition you into a part-time (or possibly even a full-time) position.

We are an international technology recruiting firm, and we have been in business since 2006. We are based in Austin, Texas and looking to add to our team.


We need someone who:

~ has at least 5 years recruiting / sourcing experience.

~ understands that we must fill our searches very quickly.
