Princeton Pacific Properties is seeking for an outstanding Transaction Coordinator to handle the day to day tasks effectively.
Job Role: Transaction Coordinator for Real Estate

General Duties (Includes but is not limited to the following):
• Must follow exact tasks that have already been designed / created
• Research Probates in San Francisco and other counties
• Google Drive, PDF, Excel required
• Familiar with MLS, Adobe, Excel, Google Drive
Requirements:
• Must have prior Transaction Coordinator experience in a Real Estate setting for several years, preferably 2 Years
• NO BEGINNERS -- NO LEARNING ON THE JOB -- NO ON THE JOB TRAINING
• Must be fluent and experienced with sometype of MLS system
• Strong administrative, communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and a good problem solver
• Strict attention to detail
• Fluent with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Fluent with the English Language
• Must be willing to work from 7:30am – 4:30pm PST or 10:30pm – 7:30AM MNL TIME
• Must have at least 10Mbps reliable internet speed
• Must have back up computer and internet connection
• Must have his/her own headset with microphone (as much as possible with background noise cancelling features)
• Must be willing to work with Hubstaff tracking software
• We need someone with great communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work well with the team
