We are looking for people that would be EXCITED to do the following: (don’t apply if you think this is not your dream job)

- Post new products to our website and update marketing material so our customers have the latest products available to keep their people safe and their operations running smoothly
- Grow relationships with our suppliers by connecting with them and keeping up to date with the latest products, pricing, and passing that onto our customers by updating our product pages and marketing material.
- Optimize what we offer by reviewing past order information and marketing data to analyze our customer journey, and improve our site layout to serve our clients better using a data-driven approach.
- Special Projects as needed

Skills & Experience:

- You must love to follow an easy, proven process so our customers understand the products they are purchasing (training provided)
- Enjoy re-writing and quickly transferring our supplier product information and updating woo-commerce
- Professional writing skills are essential. You must be able to consistently and deliver a high volume of quality writing and technical specs. You don’t have to have a background in our products, easy training will be provided.
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a fast-changing environment, follow best practice procedures and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of Woocommrece (a plus) and enjoy learning new things
- Basic design skills (a plus) to spice up the writing you will do.
- A passion for getting better every day, taking ownership of your work, and working as a high-performing team.

Performance Measurements:
- # of Quality, new product pages created
- Supplier scorecard improvements

Bonus skills/experience:
Supplier Management experience
- Oil & Gas, Industrial, Chemical, Safety or Hazardous Area, Explosion Proof, Intrinsically Safe experience
- Content Marketing experience
- Customer Service or sales experience
- Available US business hours (full-time or part-time)
