The Real Estate Investment Network has an excellent opportunity for a bright, creative, and enthusiastic person to join our ever-growing, ambitious team. The REIN Channel is an education-based, news and media service launching soon as the latest branch in our longstanding (28 years!) commitment to providing education and research to real estate investors.

Working hours: 8:00 AM- 5 PM ET (9:00 PM- 6:00 AM Manila Time) Full time – Virtual Work

Responsibility:

Based on collaboration with the REIN Channel Producer and your Associate Producer, you will be transforming raw audio and video into high-quality shows with excellent storytelling by doing the following:

Manipulating and editing film/photo pieces
Trimming footage segments and putting them together in a sequence
Inputting music, dialogues, graphics, graphic overlays, transitions, and effects
Developing titles and motion graphics
Adjusting colors and white balance
Adjusting audio and syncing to multiple camera angles
Maintaining a consistent, but unique energy and feel for each show.
Working simultaneously on several episodes of various shows at the same time.
Personal and Technical Qualifications:

Amazing interpersonal and communication skills required; we very much work as a TEAM!
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent English comprehension skills
Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal-oriented
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
An open mind that is receptive to suggestions and criticisms
Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
An understanding of storytelling, animation, and character development techniques.
Adaptive design eye.
You like to put on your detective hat to source great stock footage
Your internet connection supports importing multiple video files at one time.
Proficient (3+ years) working knowledge in the following core software programs: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Microsoft Office 365


System Requirements:

You should have wired ISP at least 10mbps internet speed with a backup connection.

Salary range: $6.50 - $10.00 CDN/hr dependent on skill level, and experience.
