Perfect Outbound is a young, innovative, fast-growing sales development agency for B2B service based businesses. We’re based in sunny Singapore. We do 1 thing really well: B2B outbound sales.
Position: Virtual Assistant (with a heavy focus on lead generation & appointment setting (phone not needed but it’s a bonus if you have experience))
Starting date: ASAP
We’re looking to hire an all-rounder. An experienced, full-time executive assistant who specializes in B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation and appointment
Job Responsibilities:
-Based on the prospect profiles provided to you, you will compile lead lists of targeted prospects. (these leads will be for our own business, as well as for our clients’ businesses)
-Prospect to these prospects via cold
-Versed in Linkedin Sales Navigator to get leads
-Manage any prospecting tools (e.g
-Respond to interested prospects asap and set appointments via the mentioned outreach channels.
-General administrative tasks (hiring & training other VAs, setting up client software accounts- training provided).
Requirements:
-At least 2 years in lead generation experience and as a freelance or agency based Virtual Assistant.
-Fluent in English- both spoken and written
-You are detail-oriented, curious, approachable, communicative, proactive, independent, and respect deadlines.
-Experienced with lead generation and appointment setting
-Tech-savvy (willing to learn new tools and software) and a flexible learner
-You are a highly motivated individual who is looking to become an expert in B2B outbound sales prospecting, and wants to work with a company for the long-term.
Software Knowledge Requirements:
-Linkedin Sales Navigator
-Any
-Google Tech Stack (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc)
-Asana
-Slack
-NordVPN (or other VPN providers)
-Lastpass (optional)
Future growth opportunities:
We want to groom you into a master lead generation specialist and sales prospector. There will be opportunities to be promoted to become our manager- where you will hire, train, and manage other VAs doing this job scope.
Optional, but BONUS requirements:
-Operated before Linkedin automation tools like
-Knows how to get leads from other B2B databases such as crunchbase, angelist, etc.
-Basic knowledge of CRMs and sales prospecting tools
-Have digital marketing/sales background
Nitty-Gritty Details:
-Timezone: Singapore Time
-Full-time (40 hours/week, 160 hours/month)
-Starting pay: S$575/month (Singapore dollars, if full-time) OR S$6.5 (if part-time)
-Remote work
-Training provided
-Flexible working hours, as long as work gets done.
