Bookkeeping and Billing Rockstar needed

Amazon advertising agency looking to add a talented team member to take ownership of bookkeeping and client billing.

Requirements:
* US Agency billing experience
* US Agency bookkeeping experience
* Excel expert
* Analytical mind with a strength in numbers
* Experience working in quickbooks


Duties:
* Manage transactions in Quickbooks
* Lead billing team
* Ability to interpret contract and bill clients accordingly
* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
* Monitor financial KPIs
* Reconcile bank statements

Role: 20 hours to start but can easily be expanded to full time based on performance
