SERVICE DISPATCH AGENT [OUTBOUND] OFFICE BASED

-Outbound calling technicians in our Network to accept work orders.
-Capturing information and entering data in the computer in a timely manner.
-Documenting disposition of calls through the applicable database and/or reporting.
-Follow up with customers and technicians as needed to ensure claims are resolved.
-Additional duties as assigned.
